What is a day pass? A day pass provides access to our park for one person for one day.

What ages need a Waterpark day pass? All guests aged 3 and older need a day pass to access the Waterpark.

Can different people use passes from the same pass pack? Yes! Pass packs can be used on different dates by different people.

Do overnight guests need a Waterpark day pass? No, waterpark access is included in all room reservations.

Do overnight guest need an Adventure Park day pass? Access to an adventure park is not included with all room reservations. You need a day pass to access many of the activities in our adventure parks. Our adventure parks include Tom Foolerys in Round Rock and WI Dells, SOAP in Sandusky and Gorilla Grove in Poconos.

If I purchase the Gorilla Grove or SOAP and Waterpark combo pass, must I experience both parks on the same day? No, you are free to redeem them on different dates. Note: Tom Foolerys and Waterpark combo pass in Round Rock and WI Dells do require same day redemption.

How do I redeem my passes? Once you receive your passes scan the QR code. Follow the steps and pick a valid date to make your reservation to visit. When you arrive, present your passes and reservation email at the front desk of the park you are accessing to enjoy the day! Note: Spa Relaxation Package has a slightly different process.

Is Outdoor Waterpark access included with the purchase of a Waterpark pass? Yes, if the weather and seasonality permits. In Sandusky, Poconos and WI Dells our outdoor Waterparks are typically open Memorial Day Friday to Labor Day. The outdoor Waterpark in Round Rock is typically open for a few additional weeks on either side of those dates.

Are there dates besides blackout dates that day pass access is not allowed? It’s rare but it can occur due to park capacity and safety concerns. If there is a specific date you are concerned with, email us a few days in advance at the below address with your location, group size and date of potential visit.

Are gift cards an accepted form of payment? Unfortunately, not at this time.

SHIPPING FAQs

How will my passes be shipped? Passes are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. You will receive notice once they have been mailed and tracking will be provided. Passes will be shipped within 4 days of purchase and delivered a few days later. Typically passes are received 7-10 days of purchase.

Is expedited shipping available? Unfortunately, not at this time.

STORE PICKUP FAQs

When can I pick them up? You’ll be notified by email when your passes are ready. Typically, they’ll be available two full business days (Mon-Fri) after your day of purchase. Passes purchased Friday-Sunday will be available on Wednesday, passes purchased on Monday will be available on Thursday, passes purchased Tuesday will be available Friday, etc.

Where do I get them? All pass types (Waterpark, Adventure Park, Combo or Spa) valid at the Poconos location will be at Spa Kalahari. Passes valid at Round Rock will be at the Waterpark front desk. Sandusky & Wisconsin Dells passes will also be their respective Waterpark front desk.

What are the hours I can stop by? Pickup hours are 10am to 6pm seven days a week. All passes must be picked no later December 10, 2025.
